Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi hopes president Steven Zhang can maintain control of the club.

Suning's loan from Oaktree is due to be repaid this week, with Zhang accusing the hedge fund of stalling efforts to refinance the deal through a third party.

During yesterday's title celebrations, Inzaghi said: "We are experiencing something magical, thanks go to the fans who deserve as much as we do this championship.

"I'm calm, I heard what (GM Beppe) Marotta said on TV before the game. I'm aware of the problems, but Zhang has always been close to us: he deserved to be here today, I hope he resolves the situation."

Of his own contract talks, the coach added: "We still have to play one day of the championship, we still have a week to work. Then we will sit with the club and discuss."
